Adjudication

A panel of two to three State or National adjudicators will provide written and recorded critiques. A clinic can be provided by a member of the adjudication panel at the conclusion of your performance. Three sets of original published scores (measures numbered) are required for all concert band and choir performance festivals. * No scores are required for Jazz Band, Mariachi, and Percussion Festivals.

Copyright Policy

Performance Music – If using copies of scores, you must have written permission from the copyright owner.
Recordings – If a group does not have music copyright permission and performs at one of our performance festivals, no recording will be allowed. The ARTS Music Opportunities and/or any of its contracted services are not responsible if you distribute recordings without a mechanical license.
