Established in 2023, The ARTS Music Opportunities is a registered 501(c)(3) Nonprofit in the State of Texas.

Your group will be evaluated by a panel of expert adjudicators who are highly respected in their field. Festivals include trophies, recordings, and acknowledgment of outstanding performance. Competitive, non-competitive, and professional recording-only performances, as well as post-performance clinic options are available.

We offer performances in state-of-the-art concert halls, high school performing arts centers, and performances in theme parks (or similar).

Payment Terms and Conditions:

Registration Fees - non-refundable and due within 30 days of your registration invoice.
Performance slots are not secured until registration fees are received.

Performance Fees – must be received a minimum of 30 days before the festival or event date.
The ARTS Music Opportunities has the right to change your performance date and time or cancel your ensemble if all fees are not received by the due dates.

Cancellation Terms and Conditions:

Registration fees - non-refundable
Cancellation up to 60 days before the event - refund 75% of performance fees
Cancellation up to 30 days before the event - refund 50% of Performance fees
Cancellation up to 7 days before the event - refund of 25% of Performance fees
Cancellation within 7 days of the event - no refund of performance fees
Cancellation with no fees paid – the customer is liable for all fees.
Cancellation Carry-Over Option - 100% of your paid registration and performance fees may be carried over to be used for an event the following year.

All cancellation refunds will be distributed after the last festival or event of the season.

Performance of Achievement is a honor recording competition. It recognizes and awards outstanding performances from exceptional music programs throughout the United States.

Our Edu-Enrichment Services provide resources to improve your music program. Whether needing professional recording services, a clinician to help prepare your group, train your student leadership team, or provide customized teacher in-services, The ARTS Edu-Enrichment Service connects you with experts in performing arts education.

We are passionate about promoting the advancement of music education through the performing arts, recognizing those individuals who are instrumental in supporting our mission.

The number of scholarships awarded each year depends on proceeds generated by the Performance of Achievement competition entrants.

$35 NSF charge on all returned checks
$35 auto-pay declined credit card or ACH payments
$5 Credit/Debit Card phoned-in payments to the office plus additional 3.5% processing fee per transaction
