At The ARTS Festivals and Travel, we understand that your child is top priority. We ensure a smooth and effortless travel experience for both you and your child. We are in constant contact with your sponsor/teacher from the early planning stages, to finalizing your trip, to the moment your child arrives home.

  • What we promise: We book only quality hotels including in-house security and optional hired curfew security, reliable motorcoach operators, and provide your sponsor/teacher with a detailed itinerary, director information and Risk Management Plan, including local contact information for all activities, hospitals and police.

 

  • Travel Insurance: We provide optional “Cancel for Any Reason” Travel Insurance for each participant. This Insurance Travel Protection Program protects your trip investment in the event you must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances such as student eligibility, injury, sickness, etc. We highly recommend you consider this travel protection for your child.
